ExCeL London employs a substantial team of security guards, and we shall be deploying additional guards throughout the conference.
If people are deemed to be disrupting the event in any manner, they will be asked to leave the conference, and will not be permitted entry for the remainder of the event. The event organizers will be the sole arbiters of whether an individual is being disruptive.
Security badges will remain the property of the event organizers throughout the event. People who are denied access to the event will not be entitled to a refund of all or part of their ticket price, or any other costs they’ve incurred, and will be required to hand over their badges to either a member of the organizer’s staff, or one of the security guards.
